Your information is securely stored within encrypted databases stored on a server within our premises at Unit 10, The Maltings, Millfield, Cottenham, Cambridge, CB24 8UQ

We review our sales lead database annually and will remove any personal information that is a year or more old that can be reasonably deemed to be no longer relevant to our marketing purposes.

We will remove your personal data from our database upon request.

We retain order and account information as required to fulfil our obligations to the local tax authorities.
